Wimpy platter
We had a really busy schedule today and weren't going to be able to have dinner until after 8 o'clock. We found ourselves wandering the aisles of the grocery store in search of something quick, simple and low(ish)-point.
Our resident hamburgler spotted some dinner rolls, and a meal was born. We made six wee burgers with 3/4 pound of ground sirloin. Alex thought a Hawaiian twist would be tasty, and boy, was he right. He broiled some pineapple rings to put on the burgers. Oh my. Good stuff.
